Order Processing
- Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Custom wood products may take longer depending on the complexity and size of the order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Shipping rates will be provided at checkout.

- Custom Orders: For custom wood products, shipping time may be longer. You will be notified of an estimated delivery time when the order is placed.
International Shipping
- Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. International shipping may be available upon request; please contact us directly for more details.
Packaging
- Eco-friendly Materials: We care about the environment and use eco-friendly materials to package and ship our products. We ensure your order is well-protected to prevent any damage during transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders, but if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a return, exchange, or replacement as necessary.

Return Policy
- For information on our return process, please visit our Return & Refund Policy page. Custom orders are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or material.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
